Two documentation sites, set-up guides with screenshots, and this day-by-day log

Documentation now runs on two sites from one source: docs.yoursizer.com and docs.resreturn.com, which opens with ResReturn first. Each product has its own tab with its logo; YourSizer gets a step-by-step set-up guide for Shopify, Ticimax, ikas, T-Soft, IdeaSoft, Faprika and any storefront, with screenshots of the merchant panel; and this changelog is grouped by day with a product filter. Every page is also available as Markdown and in llms.txt for AI assistants, and old addresses redirect to the new ones.

More control over how shoppers type their measurements

Merchants can now hide the grey hint line under each measurement (such as “without shoes, against a wall”) and choose a small, medium or large input box for typed values. Typed height and weight are kept within 100–250 cm and 30–250 kg: a value outside that range turns the box to a warning colour with a one-line explanation in all six widget languages, instead of being quietly moved to the nearest allowed value.

Try-on no longer fails because of a product’s name

When a product’s name or description trips the try-on content check — ordinary fashion terms could do this — the try-on still runs: the name and description are left out of the request and the garment is recognised from its photos. Instructions written by the store are still checked as before, and if the check cannot be reached no image is generated.

  4. Sun3 changes · 6 pushed to production
    ResReturnNew

Returns opened with Shopify’s own Return button are handled by ResReturn

On Shopify stores with Yurtiçi Kargo connected, a return the merchant opens with the Return button in Shopify admin is now taken over by ResReturn automatically: the shopper receives a Yurtiçi return code and a “your store has created your return” email, and the return follows the usual ResReturn flow. If the return is cancelled in Shopify, its code is cancelled too. Shopify does not let apps change that button, so this keeps one process for merchants; it can be switched off on the Yurtiçi card.

    NoShotNew

Generation requests are checked before they reach the image model

The text you write for a generation is now checked against a content policy before it is sent to the image model, and a request that does not pass the check is not generated.

    YourSizerNew

yoursizer.com in French, Italian and Russian

The main pages of yoursizer.com are now available in French, Italian and Russian alongside the existing languages, and the language menu now switches to English from any page. A few interactive demos on those pages are still in English.

October 2026

  1. Sat4 changes · 12 pushed to production
    ResReturnNew

Create a return on the shopper’s behalf

Merchants can now open a return for a customer who asks by phone, message or in store: “Create return” on the Orders and Returns pages and on each order walks through items, quantities, reason and resolution in four steps. The return opens already approved, a return outside the policy needs a written reason, and items that have not shipped or are already being returned cannot be added. Returns created this way carry a “Created by store” label and can be filtered in the list, in all six panel languages.

    ResReturnNew

Accept part of a return, or ask the shopper to reopen it

When a return arrives, the merchant can accept a quantity per item and must give a reason for anything not accepted. Only the accepted quantity is refunded or credited — on Shopify, Ticimax, ikas and T-Soft alike — and the closing email lists the items that were not accepted. “Ask to reopen” cancels a return that is not yet on its way and emails the shopper, in their language, that they can submit it again.

    ResReturnNew

ResReturn on the Shopify order page

From any order in Shopify admin, More actions → Apps → “Create return with ResReturn” opens the return window for that order inside the embedded panel. A “ResReturn returns” card, added once from the order page’s blocks, shows each return’s number, status, Yurtiçi code and amount with a link to create another, and the setup guide now includes this step. In the customer account, the Yurtiçi return code also appears under Shopify’s own return details.

    ResReturnFixed

Returns opened in Shopify admin reach ResReturn

Returns a merchant opens directly in Shopify now appear in ResReturn with their items. From such a return, “Send carrier code to customer” issues a Yurtiçi Kargo return code and emails it to the shopper, and if the return is cancelled or declined on the platform, its code is cancelled too.

  2. Fri2 changes · 1 pushed to production
    YourSizerImproved

Try-on camera starts with the rear camera

The try-on camera now opens with the rear camera, and a “Flip camera” button switches to the front camera on devices that have more than one. Only the front camera’s image is mirrored, as in a selfie, and the new button is labelled in all six widget languages.

    YourSizerFixed

Studio preview, edge tab and VIP link fixes

The studio preview no longer shows the store’s live YourSizer button next to the preview button, the × on the vertical edge tab is centred, and the try-on VIP link card in the dashboard now starts from the store’s own site address and warns when the address entered differs from it.

  3. Wed6 changes · 7 pushed to production
    PlatformImproved

The dashboard says why orders stopped arriving

When a store’s orders stop reaching YourSizer, the data-health band now names the cause — the order permission was never granted, or order sync is failing — with a link to fix it in Integrations, in six languages, instead of a generic “purchase event missing” notice. On Shopify the purchase pixel is checked every 12 hours and reinstalled if it is missing, and our team is alerted daily about any store that has traffic but no recorded orders.

    YourSizerNew

Try-on requests are checked against a content policy

Every try-on request is now checked against a content policy before an image is generated, and if the check cannot be reached, no image is generated. The try-on content rules are published in the legal pages on yoursizer.com.

    YourSizerNew

Ticimax: the product’s fit note on the result screen

On Ticimax stores, the fit note a merchant writes in a product’s intro text is read during catalogue sync and shown at the top of the size comment on the result screen. The fit note, size equivalents and the no-single-size note on the result screen can now each be turned off; stores that change nothing see the same screen as before.

    YourSizerFixed

Ticimax: add to cart works on phones, and the button stops flickering

On Ticimax themes that only listen for touch events, adding to cart from the widget on a phone did not add the item; it now does. The YourSizer button is also placed just outside Ticimax’s size-option box, which the platform redraws on every size or colour change, so it no longer blinks when a size is picked.

    YourSizerNew

Test mode: show the widget on one product first

In the studio’s Publish step, test mode limits the widget to a single product picked from the catalogue, so a new setup can be checked on the live store before every shopper sees it; if that product is removed, the widget stays hidden rather than appearing store-wide. The Publish step also gains the audience-by-category switch, new setups start with try-on off except for accessories, and saved design profiles now carry button texts and display choices as well as styling.

    YourSizerImproved

WhatsApp try-on: a clear next step for visitors without the VIP link

In WhatsApp mode, a visitor without the VIP link who taps “See it on me” now sees a short window inviting them to contact the store, with a “Contact on WhatsApp” button, instead of being taken out of the store straight away. On accessories, which have no size flow, this happens from the first tap.

  4. Mon2 changes · 14 pushed to production
    ResReturnImproved

Ticimax: account balance is the default for store credit

On Ticimax, store credit now goes to the shopper’s account balance by default; guest orders, which have no account, receive a gift voucher valid for one year. The connected Ticimax card always shows the “Return button on your storefront” box — three steps, the script ready to copy and the link for shoppers without an account — and the exchange setting is translated into the panel languages.

    YourSizerImproved

Reports, returns and overview follow the panel language

The Create report window, the Returns and Buyers screens, the audience and setup-type names on Overview, and the audience choices in the catalogue and product drawer now follow the panel language, and reports are generated in Turkish from a Turkish panel and in English from any other. The Customers page no longer stops with a “metrics could not be loaded” warning.

  5. Sun2 changes · 11 pushed to production
    YourSizerImproved

Widget studio, size charts and algorithm screens in English

The rest of the merchant dashboard was translated: the widget studio, size charts and the chart wizard, the algorithm screens, the assistant and its status, try-on, support and the insight cards, along with the plan badge and the size comments shown in the preview. Support emails and the WhatsApp message opened from the dashboard use the panel language too.

    YourSizerFixed

Bust measurement help in every widget language

The help text for the bust measurement now appears in all six widget languages; it was previously shown only in Turkish.

  6. Sat1 change · 1 pushed to production
    YourSizerImproved

The result appears as soon as it is ready

The “Calculating your size” screen now closes as soon as the recommendation arrives, with a short minimum so it does not flash, and the duration the merchant set becomes the upper limit. The recommendation is also requested once instead of twice on the way to the result.

  7. Fri1 change · 5 pushed to production
    YourSizerImproved

Separate spacing above and below the button

Merchants can set the space above and below the YourSizer button separately in the dashboard — the top value can be negative to pull the button closer to the theme’s form — instead of one shared margin. With the automatic setting, the “Calculating” screen now appears once per flow, after the second step, rather than after every height or weight screen.

  8. Thu5 changes · 10 pushed to production
    YourSizerImproved

The Shopify app asks only for the permissions it uses

YourSizer’s Shopify app now requests six permissions at install — customer events, pixels, products, orders, returns, and inventory for stock tracking — with four more declared as optional. Stores updating the app are no longer asked for permissions it never used, such as erasing customer data or editing orders.

    YourSizerImproved

Studio: ready-made themes and a cleaner centimetre picker

The widget studio has a “Use a ready theme” button, new setups show the “Calculating” screen after the second step by default, and the grey band on the scrolling centimetre picker now fully covers the selected number.

    ResReturnNew

Ticimax: decisions made in Ticimax flow back to ResReturn

When a merchant marks an order as returned in Ticimax’s own admin, ResReturn picks it up within about a minute and closes the matching return through the same steps as “Received” in the ResReturn panel, so the refund, store credit or exchange order follows automatically.

    ResReturnNew

Ticimax: store credit as account balance

Ticimax merchants can now choose how store credit is given — as account balance (recommended), store points or a gift voucher — under Integrations → Ticimax. Account balance can pay for part of an order at checkout with the rest kept for later, which a gift voucher larger than the basket does not allow.

    ResReturnFixed

Ticimax portal fixes for signed-in shoppers

A signed-in Ticimax shopper who chooses “Return another item” or starts a new chat now sees their order list instead of being asked for an email address, and the return chat panel no longer jumps when a field gets focus.

  9. Wed6 changes · 34 pushed to production
    YourSizer

The 3D model’s loading message follows the shopper’s language

The message shown while the 3D body model loads was fixed in Turkish on every store. It now follows the widget language in all six product languages — Turkish, English, German, Russian, Arabic and Persian.

    YourSizer

More of the merchant dashboard in English

Sign-in and sign-up, Integrations, the Metrics pages and error messages are now in English, along with the top sections of the Size Charts, Algorithm, Try-On and Widget pages.

    Platform

Ticimax: unpaid orders are no longer counted as sales

Orders opened at Ticimax’s payment step but never paid are no longer recorded as sales, and the daily reconciliation applies the same rule, so conversion and revenue are not inflated by abandoned payments. Ticimax’s own order code is now also used to tie an order to the recommendation the shopper saw.

    ResReturnNew

Yurtiçi Kargo return codes and tracking for every return

With a Yurtiçi Kargo account connected under Integrations → Shipping, each return gets its own single-use Yurtiçi return code as soon as it is submitted, shown on the confirmation screen, the tracking page, the email and in the assistant; returns held for review wait for approval, and a rejected or cancelled return has its code cancelled. Shipments are checked every 30 minutes, so a return moves to in transit and received on its own, and the return detail shows a Yurtiçi strip with retry and check-now actions. “Save and test” on the card verifies the account details before they are used.

    ResReturnNew

Ticimax: exchanges create the new order, and returned stock goes back

Ticimax merchants choose what an exchange writes to Ticimax: a zero-value order for the new size, a paid order for the new size with the original marked returned, or the original marked returned with a note. Restocked items are written back to Ticimax stock, any step Ticimax refuses is shown on the return with a hint on how to fix it, and the shopper gets a “your new size is being prepared” email when the exchange order is created.

    YourSizerNew

    WhatsApp VIP link for try-on

Brands that sell through WhatsApp can give their regular customers one shared VIP link: visitors who arrive through it can use try-on outside the daily visitor limit, within a monthly VIP allowance and a per-person daily cap. In WhatsApp mode, visitors without the link who tap “See it on me” are directed to the brand’s WhatsApp with a ready message, using the number set in the dashboard or the store’s own WhatsApp link, and “Renew link” retires the old one. It is off by default and set under Try-On → Settings.

The product page on yoursizer.com runs the real widget

The live demo on the YourSizer product page now loads the actual widget with a demo store’s settings — the same path as the preview in the merchant panel — instead of a mock-up, so what a visitor tries there is what their shoppers would get.

  11. Mon7 changes · 14 pushed to production
    ResReturn

Ticimax store credit as store points

On Ticimax, store credit is now added to the shopper’s store points balance (Para Puan) at a rate the merchant sets in the panel, instead of a gift voucher. Guest orders, which have no points account, are not offered store credit in this mode.

    YourSizer

Published pricing and a refund & cancellation policy

YourSizer prices are now published: Free at $0 for direct installs, then Starter $49, Plus $99, Advanced $249 and Ultimate $499 a month for up to 300, 750, 2,000 and 5,000 orders a month, and Enterprise on quote. Paid plans include unlimited products and size charts, virtual try-on is billed at $0.25 per generated image, and on Shopify billing runs through Shopify with a 30-day free trial. A Refund & Cancellation Policy page, in five languages, sets out how plan changes, cancellations and refunds work.

    YourSizerNew

Audience & Fit: who buys which size, and whether it fits

A new Audience & Fit page under Customers shows whether shoppers buy the recommended size, a smaller or a larger one, whether it fitted or came back tight or loose, the most-bought size for each height and weight band, who buys a given size, and products returned more than their category. An order counts as a good fit only for periods when the store’s returns were actually being recorded. A matching “Audience & fit” section can be added to the monthly returns, customer audience and full report templates, and the assistant knows it.

    YourSizerNew

Products that run small or large, and size-chart suggestions

Audience & Fit flags products that run small or large from real orders and returns, with a “Show to shoppers” switch, off by default, that adds a fit note to the result screen in six languages. Under Metrics → Size & Recommendation, “Chart suggestions” proposes a 1–2 cm change to a size-chart boundary when enough shoppers’ results contradict it, with the evidence and a simulation; applying one goes through the normal chart save and can be undone, while calibration changes to the recommendation need approval from both the brand and YourSizer. Size charts now keep a change history with a two-step “Restore previous version”.

    YourSizerNew

Early access: fit evidence from real orders on the product page

In early access, the button and the result screen can show what happened to shoppers with similar measurements — which size they bought and whether it fitted — drawn from the store’s own orders and returns, with negative outcomes shown too and nothing displayed below a minimum sample. It is off by default and enabled per store; the old hand-written proof badge with a fixed number was removed.

    YourSizerImproved

Returning shoppers see their result without the wait

When a shopper with a saved profile opens the widget straight to the result, the size data it needs is loaded with the page, so the “Calculating your size” screen no longer lingers.

    ResReturnImproved

The return assistant on the Starter plan too

The shopper-facing return assistant is now included on the Starter plan as well, and the return drawer opens on the Messages tab with the conversation already started.

  12. Sun4 changes · 11 pushed to production
    ResReturn

Return emails in the shopper’s language, sent in the store’s name

Approval, rejection, store-credit and return-code emails now go out in the shopper’s language, with the store’s name as the sender, the store’s support address for replies, amounts in the order currency, and a summary of what happens next. Merchants get a “new return” email in their panel language that opens the request, each request shows which emails were sent, and the same email is never sent twice.

    YourSizerImproved

Photo try-on opens straight to the upload

The “See it on me” button on the product photo now opens directly to consent and photo upload, with an animated before-and-after example above it, instead of an intermediate screen with a single button. The uploaded photo fills the frame edge to edge without being distorted, the button no longer attaches to similar-product cards lower on the page, and the badge text set in the dashboard is used.

    ResReturnNew

Ticimax: returns from the storefront, signed in or not

On Ticimax, a signed-in shopper sees their orders in the return flow without typing an order number or email, and a guest can start a return from the Order Tracking page. The footer or menu returns link and Ticimax’s own return buttons open the ResReturn assistant in a drawer on the same page. Refunds follow how the order was paid: card payments go back to the card, bank transfers to the shopper’s IBAN, and for cash on delivery the merchant chooses on the Ticimax card.

Approve or reject a request, with a reason

Requests waiting for approval now show Approve and Reject as the main actions, and a rejection records one of six reasons that stays visible on the request. Rejected and cancelled returns are labelled as such in the list instead of “Closed”.

    YourSizer

Shopify language and collection addresses recognised

On Shopify stores with a second language or a collection in the address — /en/products/… or /collections/…/products/… — the widget now recognises the product and shows the button. Previously only the plain /products/… address matched.

    NoShotNew

    Welcome, store-connected and credit emails

NoShot now emails you when your account is created, when a store is connected and when credits are added.

    ResReturnNew

Return Assistant queue and filtered search

A Return Assistant page, first in the menu, brings pending decisions one at a time — awaiting approval, in transit, arrived — with the photo, reason, amount and risk on each card, Approve, Reject with a reason or Later as the actions, and a confirmation before a return is closed. Returns can be searched and filtered by status and stage, date, reason, direction, resolution, amount, customer, source and free text, across all of a store’s returns rather than only the most recent ones.

    ResReturnFixed

Only resolutions the store can actually deliver are offered

The portal no longer offers a resolution the store’s platform cannot carry out, wording that promised more than the store would do was removed, and the server now refuses any resolution that was not offered to the shopper.

One method for YourSizer’s effect on returns

The comparison between shoppers who used YourSizer and those who did not now uses one measurement everywhere — Insights, the Returns page and PDF and Excel reports: same products, same period, the first 21 days, with the report’s filters. Because the shoppers who open the widget are usually the ones unsure of their size, the two groups are labelled as different audiences, a reduction is claimed only when the difference is statistically meaningful, and where the data cannot support a conclusion the report says why instead of showing a rate.

    ResReturnNew

Shopify help pages and a Data Processing Agreement on resreturn.com

resreturn.com now has six help pages for Shopify merchants in English and Turkish, and a Data Processing Agreement published at /dpa.

    NoShotFixed

noshot.co app links and legal pages

Links to the app across noshot.co now point to merchant.noshot.co, and the terms and privacy pages, in all five languages, name YourSizer Teknolojileri as the company providing the service.

    YourSizer

Shoppers are remembered from product to product

Measurements a shopper confirms in the widget are saved to their profile, and on the next product the flow starts at the first measurement it still needs — moving from a skirt to a dress skips height and weight and goes straight to bust. Values the shopper never saw are not saved, and values they passed without adjusting are still treated as estimates in recommendations and reports.

  16. Wed4 changes · 22 pushed to production
    ResReturn

    ResReturn runs inside Shopify admin

The merchant panel now opens embedded in Shopify admin, with Shopify-managed install and the plan check done inside Shopify. Uninstalling and reinstalling reconnects the same store account instead of starting a new one, so return history is kept.

    ResReturn

Returns from the Shopify customer account

A “Request return” action on eligible orders opens a window inside the customer account — item, quantity, reason, resolution, then a confirmation with the return number — in six languages. Shoppers already signed in to the store can open their orders on the return page without typing an order number or email. On the storefront, a “Start return” block can be placed on any page from the theme editor and the footer “Returns & Exchanges” link is added automatically.

    ResReturn

Refunds and store credit through Shopify’s return processing

Card refunds and store credit are now issued from within the Shopify return itself, line by line, so a mixed return (one item refunded, one credited) is recorded correctly. When a merchant bonus pushes credit above the refundable amount, the bonus part is issued as separate store credit.

    ResReturn

Privacy requests and a security update

Customer data requests from Shopify appear under Settings, where the merchant can download that customer’s data. Deletion requests are processed automatically and stay visible as a record: personal fields are cleared, while order and payment amounts are kept. Order lookups are checked more strictly and rate-limited, prices are always taken from the server, and return-tracking links expire after seven days.

Insights: findings with the evidence and the next step

A new Insights section turns dashboard data into cards: products running small or large, products where the button never appears, the question where shoppers give up, shoppers falling outside a size chart, sales lost to stock, and YourSizer’s effect on returns measured on the same products over the same period. Each card shows one number, a small chart and one recommended action. A usage-drop card says whether the button stopped appearing, product-page traffic fell or fewer visitors opened it, and a separate warning appears when returns stop being recorded, so a return rate is never read off incomplete data.

    YourSizerNew

    Try-on for shoes and bags

Shoes and bags now have their own try-on instructions: shoes are shown as a mirrored pair with socks or bare feet, with hems and floor contact handled, and the photo is left untouched if the feet are not visible; bags follow how they are carried by handle or strap, replace any bag already in the photo and keep a realistic size. Each is a per-store switch, shoes join try-on when the merchant moves them to Accessories with the type “Shoes”, and items such as laces or insoles are not treated as shoes.

Guides, comparisons and a glossary on yoursizer.com and resreturn.com

Both sites gained explainer pages — what each product is, comparisons, a glossary and use cases — and yoursizer.com added integration, about and press pages in five languages. resreturn.com also publishes an llms.txt index for AI assistants.

Dashboard reorganised around sizing, products, sales and try-on

Size behaviour and the algorithm scorecard are now one page with a shared category filter and the denominator shown for every rate, plus real size demand regardless of stock and the cases where no recommendation could be made. Products & Categories add impressions and open rate per product and list products where the button never rendered. Sales & Returns adds Orders & Cancellations: cancellation rate and reason, returns that became exchanges, and the share of orders placed with a YourSizer recommendation. Try-on has its own section with per-product results and shopper feedback. Pages now read from daily summaries, so large stores no longer see a sampled subset of sessions.

Exchanges and return reasons captured more completely

No storefront platform reports the new size in an exchange, so exchanges are now inferred when a returned item is followed by the same product kept in another size, and that size change feeds back into recommendations. On Shopify, returns processed without restocking now count as returns, orders from channels where the widget does not appear — point of sale, draft orders, a brand’s own mobile app — are left out of the analysis, and on stores that approve the return permission the shopper’s stated reason (“too small”, “too big”) is read and kept.

Overview compares periods, and a new Customer Journey view

Overview now compares with the previous period and adds orders tied to a recommendation, returning customers, devices and languages. A Customer Journey view shows how long shoppers take to reach a result, how many continue with a saved profile and where their measurements came from, Customer Measurements is no longer cut off on large stores, and four errors that showed merchants wrong numbers were fixed.

    PlatformImproved

Ticimax and Shopify orders tied to recommendations more reliably

Ticimax orders are now linked to the recommendation the shopper saw even when the store skips the order confirmation page, and also through the shopper’s member account. Ticimax return requests are recorded on the order line, the “too small” or “too big” reason is read from the request, and refunds to the store wallet count as returns. On Shopify, the order permission is requested on every install and, if it is missing, the merchant is asked to approve it at sign-in.

Widget asks for a missing deciding measurement

When the size depends on a measurement the shopper has not given yet, the widget now opens the measurement screen for it by itself. On Ticimax the selected colour variant is respected, size equivalents keep the chart’s order, and UK and US size choices are handled correctly.

    YourSizerFixed

    Letter-size charts on number-sized products

When a size chart uses S, M and L but the product is sold as 38, 40 and 42, the widget now converts through the merchant’s size equivalents, so the recommended size and its smaller and larger neighbours are the right ones. On newer Ticimax themes adding to cart from the widget works, and a new placement option stops the button from covering size boxes on themes that float them.

  23. Fri2 changes · 6 pushed to production
    Platform

Order and return sync within minutes, with health visible in the dashboard

Orders and returns now sync incrementally every few minutes — within seconds where the platform sends webhooks — with a daily full reconciliation, so a missed event no longer leaves a permanent gap. The Returns page shows when data was last updated and warns about stale connections, and Integrations shows status, last update and last error per connection. Shopify catalogues pick up new products, newly added sizes and deleted products daily without overwriting locked edits, Ticimax catalogues pull new products daily, and the ikas storefront script reinstalls itself if it goes missing.

    YourSizerNew

History from the previous YourSizer system in the dashboard

For stores that used the previous YourSizer system before moving to the current one, widget sessions and recommendation-linked purchases from that period can now be brought into the dashboard, so trends continue across the switch without double counting. Personal data from the old system is not carried over.

Products set up as “Accessory (try-on only)” in the design screen now open on the storefront as try-on only, with a “See it on me” button and a camera icon on the card, and try-on is on by default for eyewear and jewellery. The model in the product photo is never used in place of the shopper, and the camera and try-on screens fit without scrolling.

Virtual try-on for eyewear and jewellery

Try-on now handles accessories with their own instructions, separate from clothing. Eyewear asks for a face photo; jewellery is split into necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, anklets, brooches and sets, asks for a portrait or hand photo, and asks shoppers to keep their ears visible for earrings. Each accessory type is a per-store switch, the try-on flow is available in six languages, and merchants can test try-on on their own products from the dashboard before shoppers see it.

    Returns reporting and exportable reports

Metrics gains a Returns tab — summary, real return rate, monthly trend, by size, category and product — and Customer Measurements adds a view of buyers. Create report exports a PDF with an executive summary, findings and recommendations, an Excel workbook or CSV, and report setups can be saved as templates. A return means the item actually came back, cancellations are excluded, and recent months that are too young to judge are flagged instead of showing an artificially low rate.

Shopify App Store installs bill through Shopify

Merchants who install YourSizer from the Shopify App Store now subscribe and pay through Shopify, with try-on charged as usage on the same bill. Trials include a limited number of free try-ons. Installing with an email that already has a YourSizer account now connects to that account instead of stopping the install. Merchants billed directly are unaffected.

Sign in from Shopify, billing in the panel

Opening ResReturn from Shopify admin now signs the merchant straight into the panel. A Billing tab shows the active Shopify plan with a link to manage it in Shopify, an active paid plan unlocks the return assistant, and the Shopify app asks for fewer permissions at install.

Out-of-stock sizes handled on the merchant’s terms

When a shopper’s size is out of stock, merchants choose how far the widget may move them — one, two (default) or three sizes — store-wide or per size chart. Beyond that limit the shopper is told plainly that their size is not currently available. Missed Opportunities lists shoppers whose size was out of stock, by product and requested size. On Shopify the size list follows the stock of the selected colour, and the widget adds the correct colour to the cart.

AI assistant in the merchant dashboard

Every store now has an Assistant tab that answers questions about its own data and can make changes to the catalogue and widget settings, previewing widget changes before they are saved. Anything that changes what shoppers see asks for approval first, deletions require typed confirmation, and each store has a daily usage cap. Since Sep 30 it can also query the returns report and create or edit report templates using the same definitions as the dashboard.

    YourSizer

Metrics measured against shoppers who actually used the widget

Conversion rates are now divided by shoppers who used the widget rather than every page where the button appeared, and add-to-cart counts both the widget’s own button and the store’s button after a recommendation. Button impressions are shown separately, and returns, accuracy and purchases come from the store’s order data. Metrics gained a “where shoppers drop off” card showing the last question seen before leaving, and a category filter on Customer Measurements and the scorecard.

    YourSizer

One sizing engine, with the size chart as the single authority

Every recommendation now comes from a single engine. Each size chart’s own measurement list decides which measurements set the size, and a recommended size must exist on the product. A new coverage warning shows merchants when shoppers fall above or below a chart’s range and how many customers that affects, so missing rows can be added. Single-size products are handled by their own one-size flow instead of being hidden.

Shopify orders linked to recommendations across devices and checkouts

Shopify checkout does not run theme scripts, so the funnel used to stop at “added to cart”. The recommendation now travels with the cart into the order and is reported again by a web pixel at checkout. It is also matched through Shopify’s customer identity and checkout token, so an order completed on another device can still be tied to the size the shopper was shown.

    ResReturn

No bank details asked on Shopify stores

On Shopify, refunds go back to the original payment method, so neither the portal nor the assistant asks the shopper for an IBAN; platforms that need bank details for refunds still ask. Installing the Shopify app now goes straight through Shopify authorization into the panel.

    Bra sizing with sister sizes

Bra charts are entered as a band × cup matrix with exact values and allow empty cells. Results show sister sizes that keep the same cup volume on a different band; if the exact equivalent is not in the chart the nearest one within a single cup step is offered, and a sister that is out of stock is not shown. Merchants choose how many sister sizes appear, and the comment names which part changed — band or cup.

Shopify plans activate and credit correctly

Choosing a paid plan through Shopify now activates it in NoShot and grants that billing period’s credits. Moving up a plan mid-period adds only the difference; moving down never claws back credits already used. Stores that installed through Shopify are billed entirely on their Shopify invoice and add capacity by changing plan.

    NoShot

Products you upload can be sent to Shopify as drafts

A product added directly in NoShot can now be created in your Shopify store as a draft, with its generated imagery attached. It always opens as a draft, because it has no price, stock or variants yet and must not become purchasable by accident. If the imagery step fails the draft is still reported to you, and a retry never creates a second product.

Kids, baby and teen sizing rebuilt

Children’s products are recommended from height, weight and age against ready-made kids, baby and teen charts added to every store, with height leading and weight as a guard rail, and only sizes the product actually stocks are recommended. A store can also open the same flow from its size-guide page, starting with “top or bottom?”. Try-on blocks photos of children at upload and is never offered on children’s products.

Pose sets, outfits and guided Applications

A model can now be generated across a set of 24 poses with the same identity in every frame. Garments respect their body zone, so dressing a top no longer invents the trousers, and several products can be combined into one outfit with conflicting pieces rejected. New Applications walk through fixed scenarios — pose library, single hero, pose series, variants, outfit swap, new scene — each showing real input and output photos.

    Higher-quality model first, product deletion

Widget studio and an illustrated measurement step

Widget design moved into a full-screen studio that previews the widget on the merchant’s own product page, with a step-by-step wizard: experience and language, trigger button, popup, measurement steps and results. Merchants can place the button next to the size boxes, add a separate try-on button and social-proof badge, and arrange measurement steps on a drag-and-drop board. A new illustrated preset lets shoppers pick drawings closest to their body instead of moving sliders. Merchant texts can be translated automatically into the store’s languages, and the widget follows the page language.

    Returns open inside the storefront

On Shopify, a theme app embed makes the store’s Returns link open the return flow on the store page itself — assistant or classic flow, following the panel setting. On ikas the flow also opens in-page with an automatic “Returns & Exchanges” footer link, exchanges create the replacement order automatically with the price treatment the merchant chooses, and returned items go back into stock when a return is closed.

Generated imagery publishes into the Shopify catalogue

AI return assistant live in the customer portal

Shoppers can ask about their return in plain language. A deterministic engine produces every factual answer from real order state — eligibility, deadline, refund status, cargo drop-off, tracking — and the language model only reads the question and phrases the reply. It is a per-merchant switch and stays off until a merchant turns it on.

Return windows anchored to delivery, statutory period split out

The deadline shown to a shopper is now computed from the delivery date reported by the storefront platform; with no delivery anchor, no deadline is asserted at all. The statutory withdrawal period became its own field, separate from the merchant’s return policy window, so a shorter shop policy can no longer shorten a legal right.

    ResReturn

    Shipping instructions in six languages

Return drop-off instructions are generated per merchant and per method, and repeated identically in the portal and the assistant — so a shopper cannot get two different answers to the same question.

Brand-specific portal URLs, and an in-store return page on Shopify
